The staff was kind and polite, truly enjoyed this place. The hotel had a very central position next to metro. A good choice of food at the relatively cheap and tasty breakfast.

Famous hotel with exceptional facilities, great riverside location right in the center. Breakfast had plenty of food, including delightful cereals, eggs and cheese.

Quick check-in, lovely communication, simple location. The English breakfast was free, I enjoyed the food. I had gorgeous and light room with cozy bed. The personnel was unobtrusive & was willing to help. There was a pleasant restaurant, a market and a convenience shop next door❤

The hotel itself was reasonably clean and appealing. I was given individual and comfy room. The stuff did all they can for a decent stay. The gorgeous breakfast had a good choice of meals and the food I tasted was outstanding.

Staff were amazingly friendly and we loved our being there. We had rather basic guest room with the ventilator and a private bathroom. They made our stay amazing. Brilliant food in the lobby restaurant was the best part...

Amazing location and GOOD breakfast with many choices. The fact that it was short walk from Norreport subway station. No complaints whatsoever, we appreciated this accommodation and would recommend.
